I believe nutrition knowledge should be accessible to every athlete, from grassroots to elite levels. As a sports scientist and a mother who understands the importance of building healthy habits in children, I am dedicated to spreading awareness about nutritional habits and implementing effective sports nutrition strategies for the pro. My unique approach combines scientific expertise with a compassionate understanding of individual needs, ensuring personalized guidance and support for achieving long-term health and performance goals.
How do your plans work?
Phase 1
Pre-consultation - Fill out the detailed questionnaire that will help me establish your food habits, eating patterns, exercise routines and activity schedules throughout the day. If there are any doubts, I will reach out to you to clarify. Appointment schedules are generated based on your preferences.
Phase 2
Consultation - The onboarding process includes a detailed 60–90 minute session to establish a routine and eating pattern that not only fits your athletic needs but also fits your culture. Weekly interactions are conducted via WhatsApp or call (subject to availability), with a scheduled video call each month. Throughout the program, meal plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed, and support is available via phone, WhatsApp, and email for any queries.
Phase 3
Post Consultation - I believe in creating long-lasting relationships. You will get life-long support anytime you need it. You will get a summary from the program with some practical guidelines.
