5. I am not an athlete. Can I still sign up for sports nutrition plans?

Yes, absolutely! My plans are designed to meet you where you are. You don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from sports nutrition. Even if you’re not training for a sport, you might have goals like improving fitness, managing weight, boosting energy, or building healthier habits — and your nutrition plays a big role in all of that. I’ll customize your plan to match your personal goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more energized in your everyday life.

Sports nutrition is all about eating the right foods to fuel your body for training, competition, and recovery. It focuses on how different nutrients — like carbs, proteins, and fats — help athletes perform their best, recover faster, and stay healthy. Whether you’re a weekend runner or a professional athlete, what you eat can make a huge difference in how you feel and perform

Athletes push their bodies harder and longer than most people, which means their nutrition needs are a lot higher too. They need more calories for energy, more protein to build and repair muscles, and more fluids to stay hydrated. It's not just about eating healthy — it’s about eating smart for their training goals, sport, and recovery needs.

7. How do your plans work?

Phase 1
Pre-consultation - Fill out the detailed questionnaire that will help me establish your food habits, eating patterns, exercise routines and activity schedules throughout the day. If there are any doubts, I will reach out to you to clarify. Appointment schedules are generated based on your preferences.

Phase 2
Consultation - The onboarding process includes a detailed 60–90 minute session to establish a routine and eating pattern that not only fits your athletic needs but also fits your culture. Weekly interactions are conducted via WhatsApp or call (subject to availability), with a scheduled video call each month. Throughout the program, meal plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed, and support is available via phone, WhatsApp, and email for any queries. I've got you every step of the way!

Phase 3
Post Consultation - I believe in creating long-lasting relationships. You will get life-long support anytime you need it. You will get a summary from the program with some practical guidelines.
