This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to payments made for services provided by Payal Shah Nutrition.

1. Refund Policy

All payments made for services provided by Payal Shah Nutrition are final and non-refundable, if any part of the services have been used. Refunds can be requested in exceptions within 2 days of the payment if no services have been used.

By making a payment for any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

2. Payment Methods

Payments for services may be made through:

• UPI payments

• direct bank transfers

Services will be confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

3. Service Scheduling

Consultations or services will be scheduled after payment confirmation. Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time.

Missed appointments due to client unavailability may not be rescheduled.
