Payal Shah Nutrition does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and the services provided should not be considered medical advice.
Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, adherence to recommendations, medical conditions, and individual physiological differences.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including medical history, medications, allergies, and existing conditions.
Payal Shah Nutrition is not responsible for outcomes resulting from:
undisclosed medical conditions
incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
non-adherence to recommendations
individual physiological responses
Clients are strongly encouraged to consult their physician or qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Payments & Pricing
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Payments may be made through:
secure online payment gateways available on the website
bank transfers to the designated business account
Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct when making bank transfers. Services will be confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
Pricing may be revised periodically. Any changes will not affect services already purchased.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made for services provided by Payal Shah Nutrition are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers of services will be permitted, regardless of usage, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
By completing payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
5. Consultations & Service Delivery
Consultations and services are delivered online through video calls, email, or messaging platforms.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and mutual agreement.
If a consultation is missed due to client unavailability, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Payal Shah Nutrition but is not guaranteed.
If a session cannot be conducted due to circumstances on our side, an alternative session time will be arranged where feasible.
6. Service Availability
Services are generally available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.
Response times for communication may vary depending on workload and consultation schedules.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, nutrition plans, documents, educational resources, and content provided by Payal Shah Nutrition are the intellectual property of the business.
These materials are intended for personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
8. Conduct & Communication
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication during consultations and interactions.
Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse of services may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
All services, guidance, and recommendations provided by Payal Shah Nutrition are offered on an “as-is” basis for informational purposes only.
By using these services, clients acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that they assume full responsibility for their dietary and lifestyle decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payal Shah Nutrition shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health outcomes, allergic reactions, or individual physiological responses resulting from the use of the services.
In any circumstance where liability is legally established, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.
10. Amendments
Payal Shah Nutrition reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
